As the third generation of his family in the boating industry, Dr. Rudberg has a passion for outdoor recreation and conservation. He is an avid angler, bow fisherman, hunter, and boater. As an entrepreneur of over a decade, he has developed numerous conservation-focused products that grew to national distribution. His Ph.D. in Natural Resources Science and Management blended communication and psychological theory to catalyze individuals' adoption of conservation behaviors on lakes.

Anne Cohen wears many hats. She is an angel investor and board member, an executive leadership consultant for enterprises ranging in size from mid-market to Fortune 500, and a member of the Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship faculty at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Nick is a seasoned product development expert with 15 years of experience designing, building, and testing innovative products in both the industrial and medical industries. He specializes in integrating mechanical, optical design, microfluidics, electrical systems, firmware, and regulatory considerations to deliver complex, market-ready solutions. Nick has successfully led cross-functional teams and managed contract engineering and manufacturing resources, including overseeing the design and testing of the NS2 V2 Alpha prototypes. With a large network of industry experts and a results-driven approach, he brings a comprehensive, hands-on perspective to every project he leads.
